We decided to have dinner there last night got to the restaurant and we were totally ignore by the hostess. ..she just bark there is a waitEven do the restaurant was 70 empty...really have waitNo class in her partThen we sat at the bar and we were ignore again...Then we asked for service the classes bartender said he was doing his job...surw flirting with girls at the bar instead of taking care of new customersWorst place ever wish I can give them a MINUS 10

Great food, great service. They never let me down. Unfortunately they cross contaminate their chicken parm with seafood. Limited on choices if you have allergies

Staff at this location is good now. We didn't come at this location in last one year & we found service not good at that time but this time we saw many good changes. Service is definitely improved a lot. They changed little interior as well which looks good now. This time during our wait time they were serving samples of alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks which was very good. Food at all olive garden locations tastes same.

Make sure you check bussiest times if you don't want to wait for an hour or more, you better off going somewhere else. Plates talk for themselves I haven't tasted one that leave me craving for more but it's good food. I think plates should come out faster than getting served twice the salad in lieu for being patience to get food.

Olive garden is like Italian fast food with no drive through. It's fine if you're in the mood for it. Food tastes good. I like it. But it's not my fav.

We were very dissatisfied with the food. The pasta had an extremely small amount of sauce, the salad was really small and had ONE olive and two thin slices of tomato. The extra chicken breast that we paid extra for was also very small. Won't be coming back.

It was good. Food was hot and service was great. The desserts look delicious but we were to full to try them. Definitely check the website for how long the wait is before. You can start your wait in line on the web and save some time. We tried the fettuccine Alfredo and the new asiogo cheese and chicken tortellini. They we both great. We took over half home for lunch the next day. The chicken gnocchi soup was good and salad was perfect. Tge only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because it is kind of generic. I have eaten at Italian restaurants that offer what they have on the menu plus other unique dishes and taste better. As far As chain restaurants go this is one of the better ones. Food is consistently good. Enjoy.

The service was great. I try to eat as much organic food as I can. Restaurants include preservatives and other additives to their food for it to last longer. People want to eat and taste good food. Why can't you do without the extras and let people enjoy what they eat?

My mom and I were quite impressed with server Kahlil's service at the Yonkers Cross County location.Kahlil was professional, courteous,accommodating. It was obvious that he is quite passionate about his job.Thanks Kahlil for giving us such a joyful dining experience!

Amazing Experience Today!!! My server Jerome was absolutely phenomenal. I can't wait to come back and I hope he's there again. My brother has never been here before. Today's visit made him want to return again. Thank you Olive Garden! To the manager Anthony, your staff was absolutely incredible.

My family and I got curbside pick-up for their buy one take one. They are very organized and efficient. They have numbers that you park by and you call them and tell them what number you're at and they bring out the food. The deal is not to be missed! You get a meal and soup or salad and breadsticks. Then you pick another meal for the next day.

This restaurant serves wonderful Italian food, the quality is consistent and they even have some vegan selections which makes eating there easy for me. Additionally wait times are usually not bad, prices are reasonable and the staff is attentive.

two days ago was the first time we came to that restaurant. But It is obviously not the last time. We enjoyed the evening very much with the excellent service, with the high quality cuisine and fine drinks and with the decent charge. We will definitely return there in a short time.

I got a carry out..it was quick, right, and the carry out attendant was polite. I also got a drink at the bar while I was waiting. I got a frozen strawberry mango margarita. It was good but the only problem is the whole time I was sitting there I was fanning fruit flies..YUCK!! So that kinda ruined that experience for me.

The service was fantastic - I asked for the meal to be vegetarian as I ordered online. One thing I ordered was not, so they made the requested switch. It's a great place.

Not really a place a go to often. Not bad for what it is. Service was good. We had a new server and she was attentive. I had lasagna. I'd order it again. The salad and bread sticks are to die for though!

Busy for a Saturday night but seated fast and service was attentive. Was surprised to see the bar area busy too. Food was good and hot. Gluten free pasta was available. Bathrooms were kept clean. Parking can be limited when crowded.

Food doesn't seem to be as high quality as it used to be but prices are still the same (somewhat high for a chain restaurant). Hard to put my finger on why but I just feel it's not prepared to high standards anymore, especially if you go on a quiet weeknight. Still great servers though and I'll always love the salad and bread sticks and Italian Margarita.
